Just a friendly reminder. I normally have a menu with over 20 options. There is days where I dont have the proper ingredients for all of them. There are many different reasons and not excuses for why I dont have some ingredients. Sometimes the store is out. Sometimes the prices are too high where I will hardly make a profit and Sometimes its simple human error where I though I had something and actually didn't.

I know as a customer this might be frustrating and annoying at times and I sincerely apologize. People ask me why my online ordering isn't set up and ingredients plays a role and also so does not being able to take online, phone , walk up and drive up orders at the same time. The best way to order ahead of time is by telephone. That way I can let you know what is available.

One last thing as frustrating as it might be, please don't speed off fast in your vehicle if Im out of what you wanted. It doesn't hurt my feelings or make me feel horrible for not having exactly what you want. My concern is for your vehicle, people walking through or driving through the lot and a potential accident happening. I know you might be having a bad day and I just made it worse but theres no reason to drive off angry.

Please help my good friend Carlos Sosa . Early this morning his shop burnt down. The building is covered by insurance but there is so much that won't be.
