We’re excited to announce this year we’ll be doing 4 farmer’s markets a week! We’ve already started Beaverton’s in February, Forest Grove and Aloha’s start next week, and Hillsboro’s starts the first week of June. We can’t wait to see all our favorite vendors again, and make some great pizzas using all the amazing local produce around us!

We unfortunately won’t be open the next two Fridays. We have a big catering this Saturday and we need all hands on deck prepping tomorrow. Next week we have a family event in Washington and as a family owned business, unfortunately that means it doesn’t leave us enough staff to operate. We will still be open at Forage Grove the following Saturdays (04/18 & 04/25)

If you’re an OG Amore customer you might recognize this sandwich from 2021-2023. The Forager was our primary vegetarian sandwich when we first opened but for the last couple of years we’ve moved to an eggplant parm. We figured it’s time to give it another switch and let the Forager have the spotlight again. The Forager is made with our Roasted Portobellos, sweet red bell peppers, truffle crème, cavolo nero, on a ciabatta roll with Aioli and Pesto!

That’s right everyone, this year we’re making our pizzas bigger! Instead of the 10” pies we’ve been making since day one they will now be 12”. We’ve been working on getting our pizzas bigger for a long time now, without jeopardizing the quality and we feel it’s finally ready. There won’t be a price increase in any way whatsoever from the 10” pies, just more food to love for the same price!
