👀Here's your first taste of what's in store...
Our Taste of Kentucky Dinner is just around the corner, and we couldn't wait any longer to share a sneak peek of the first two courses!
🥃 Course One
Crispy pork belly served with house-made rhubarb chutney and roasted crispy Brussels sprouts, paired with our Rhubarb 75—a refreshing twist on the classic French 75 featuring rhubarb gin, fresh lemon, simple syrup, and Prosecco.
🥗 Course Two
A vibrant salad of spring mix, sliced duck breast, Cara Cara oranges, shaved fennel, chèvre, candied almonds, and a blackberry bourbon vinaigrette. It's paired with the Honeybee, made with Town Branch Rye, honey liqueur, bitters, and an orange peel.
Every course has been thoughtfully paired to showcase incredible spirits from Lexington Brewing & Distilling, creating an evening full of bold Kentucky flavors and unforgettable combinations.
