� The Uba is a DRIVE-THRU with two baristas (80% of day) working together on one order, serving from one window (the street side window). This allows us to serve people in the order they arrive and not depending on which window has shorter orders for one barista. Such as having the person in front of you order 3 lattes and the other window order being just black coffee and the other car behind them gets served first even though you were at other window before them . �
