Good morning, everyone.
I’ve been trying to figure out the best way to communicate this, but for the foreseeable future, Redhead Roasting will be going on hiatus while I work on securing a secondary job to help support the business.
I know this isn’t the first time I’ve had to make this decision, and I truly hate having to pause something I’ve poured so much time, effort, and heart into. However, sometimes taking a step back is what’s necessary to make sure the dream has a chance to continue.
I’m incredibly grateful for every single person who has supported Redhead Roasting, bought a bag of coffee, shared a post, stopped by a market, or encouraged me along the way. You have helped carry this business farther than I ever could have imagined, and I cannot thank you enough.
This is not the end of Redhead Roasting. This is a pause while I work toward building the stability needed to keep moving forward.
Thank you for getting me this far into 2026. I sincerely appreciate every one of you.

I am currently attending the Folsom Product Farmers Market from 9:00 to 1:00. Although I have a late start in posting about it, the event has been exceptionally busy. Alongside distributing samples of our freshly brewed cold brew and hot light roast coffee, prepared using a French press, I am managing orders. Please feel free to send custom orders via Facebook or Instagram messenger, especially for bulk orders, so I can prioritize them accordingly.

Good afternoon everyone sorry for the late post been packaging and running some errands today but I have 10 lb of coffee and 2K pod sets as well as a cold brew come and get it while it's hot* I'll be at the paddock farmers market tomorrow from 9:00 till 1:00

It's July 8th, a fresh start. Yesterday's light roast of our Honduran coffee was a delight. Today, I'm roasting dark and medium batches, blending the flavors perfectly. Good morning everybody and I know it's quite a scorcher out there I find myself inside the shop taking care of a pre-order and doing a little bit of general coffee business doing research into kind of what's next for the business ranging from purchasing some more Rock Coffee as well as looking into some other unique avenues and just kind of figuring out the exact pacing for the remainder of the year now please please if you're working outside or just general advice please drink some water and get some electrolytes back in you hopefully y'all have one for us today and I should be at the paddock Farmers market this weekend and I can't wait to see y'all there.

Hello everyone, I apologize for forgetting to record a video today. I am currently taking a break inside the shop due to the high temperature of 101 degrees. With the roaster turned on, it becomes even hotter, adding approximately 20 degrees to the ambient temperature. I will be attending the Paddock Farmers market this weekend, and I invite you to stop by and purchase some excellent coffee to enjoy during your celebrations of our country's 250th birthday.
