I bought a bunch of my favorite Faygo soda “cause I’m that Michigan boy” and they are free for everybody who is thirsty walking around.

Today we have had problem after problem after problem and unfortunately, we are not going to be able to remain open until I can figure out what is going on.

I’m really freakin sorry about this.

To that point, if anyone knows anybody who can fix my brand new Vulcan gas grill problem please send them my way.

The day it became “legally” official

Just two bright eyed guys excited about being able to open our restaurant a few months later.

Little did we know we had 8 months of grueling set backs, problems and hard labor in front of us 🤣🤣🤣

However I wouldn’t change a thing. Sometimes…. Well most of the time life doesn’t go the way you planned. That’s what makes it so fun though. None of us really have any idea what is going to happen tomorrow so try to make the best choices for you and others today.

I will never forget this feeling. It was a mixture of a lot of things, having to let go of this amazing thing I built before and an overwhelming feeling of “I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to do that again”

So far things are working out which is a pretty dang good feeling. Thank you all for being a part of it 🙏

Friday nights at Magnolia Meat & Grocery are pretty darn awesome!

It’s steak night baby 🥵🤘

And it’s really freakin awesome. We got to go two weeks ago, I am a sucker for skirt steak with chimichurri 🤤🤤🤤

The place I worked at in denver had steak frites with chimichurri over the top and it’s a core memory for me. However I got a twice baked potato with this one and my did do I make the right choice.

The menu is simple but amazing, comes with some fresh bread and a salad and your supporting some really amazing local people trying to make our town better 🤘🙏

That’s something I will always get on board with 🫶

Birds of a feather flock together

Do you have any idea how lucky I am to get to work with these beautiful souls?!?!? Not just these two but literally everyone on our team is a bad ass.

It is very, very, VERY rare to work at a place where everyone is on point, understands the goal and works collectively as a team to create an atmosphere that makes people want to come back “especially outside in the Alabama heat!!!!”

I am incredibly proud of the team and culture Marcus and myself have created. It truly is magical, and the biggest thing is they understand what we want and how we want people to be treated without evening having to be told now.

They have taken on a life of their own. It’s really beautiful. Thank you guys for making this place what it is.

And thank you to all of you who support us so we are able to give this group of misfit toys a place where they can be themselves and work together for a common goal. 🙏
