I had the incredible honor… “your honor” get it 🤣 of being a judge at the South Baldwin Literacy Councils trivia night last night!!!

everyone did such a spectacular job with their costumes and their tables. It was really such a cool event for such a great purpose. 🤘🤘🤘

Getting the opportunity to do things like this and support awesome causes is what it’s all about!

I know it took two years… but we finally have them 🤣🤣🤣

Also I know we use Toast and they have a loyalty program 🤣 but I don’t like taking peoples information and it feels way less personal.

In the beginning Marcus and I worked every shift and tried to mentally keep track of people and give them discounts when we saw them multiple times.

There’s no way we can do that now 🤣
So we figured let’s make cheeseburger cards for our cheeseburger friends.

10 stamps gets you a free burger

Hold onto them and if you get 69 we will give you some merch😎🤘

ONE PUNCH PER PERSON PER VISIT

So let me break that down
if you order five burgers, you will not get five punches on one card

But you can have five cards and we will give you one punch per card 🤘

We had a few issues that we needed to remedy.

I ended up having to hop back on grill and let me tell you… I do not crush it like my normal grill men and women of Cheeseburger Randy’s. 🥲🤣

It has almost officially been two years! “Well not until October but you get it 🤣”

I typically don’t do this, but I am very curious…

We have grown a lot in the last year and a half with the systems we have implemented and figuring out our capacities and lots of stuff like that.

So my question is… Would anyone be excited if we offered the ability to order ahead online?

This probably couldn’t be something we do on Fridays and Saturdays, but I think my staff is just so good at crushing I don’t think it would be an issue anymore.

So seriously, I am interested to know who would be interested in being able to order ahead and pick up an order?

I can’t tell you how amazed I am that we’ve had a business that has had zero phone number or online ordering presence. It’s really really amazing but I also think as a business we’ve grown and I feel comfortable adding something like this.

But I want to know if people even want that…

So my question is….
WOULD Y’ALL BE INTERESTED IN HAVING THE ABILITY TO ORDER ONLINE AND PICK UP!?!?

Not Door Dash 🤣 I still feel a little bit weird about letting other people take our food and give it to you.

Our goal at the end of the day is always to take care of our guests, and if this is a way we can take care of people that may not have the time to eat in our restaurant but still want to crush a JBC It is something I am open to
