Alley 41 has amazing and authentic Sichuan dishes including one of my all time favorites in the fish filets. Be sure to order that and maybe bring a gallon of milk because this food is 🔥Be sure to check them out in Flushing!

Fun fact: The restaurant owner decided on this location because it reminded him of the alley he grew in the Sichuan Province of China.

Sliced pork belly in garlic sauce . This is my favorite dish from this because of the flavor from the garlic sauce, the tenderness from the pork belly, and the refreshing thinly sliced cucumber 🥒 pieces wrapped inside the pork slices.

🔥🔥🔥📷: Went to for dinner and had an amazing meal. This was amazingly tasty, seafood, tripe, offals, and pigs blood in a spicy chili oil with a ton of peppercorns. Gout in a bowl but was so worth it.
