Hacks to make this an easy weeknight dinner:
⭐️ meal prep meatballs raw in bulk, and freeze. Ready in 30 mins
⭐️ make sauce in advance, makes enough for multiple meals
⭐️ batch bake cabbage and reheat

This whole meal took 30 mins 🤍

⭐️ Ruth Chris Stuffed Chicken (used blue cheese instead of cheddar because it’s what I had)
⭐️ Oven baked broccoli / cabbage / onion
