Jon fostered the idea like most entrepreneurs of making their dreams come true. He wanted to bring his spin on the flavor of food and define an epic food truck experience in Mississippi. So he named it Crooked Letter which is the S in Mississippi to keep his home state in the forefront of his brand. What initially started out as a hobby , quickly took flight into a full time food truck business. Jon stepped out on faith and continues each day to take it to the next level for his guests. When you walk up to the truck you can find Jon and his team in the kitchen serving up his flavor and branding everything with that Mississippi touch.

But what we love most is his dream, to become a chef, create memorable dishes, and serve people with a genuine heart.
