I generally try not ask much of our guests. We make the BBQ, you eat the BBQ. It's a beautiful relationship really.

I do have one smallish favor to ask. The more you can use cash at our businesses and all of the great local small businesses we have here, the better it is for us.

Our card processors have already charged us over $10,000 this year for swiping cards. I find this number troubling to say the least.

We've avoided passing on the card processing fees to the customer so far because with the price of food being so high as it is, we're trying to keep things as reasonable as we can.

That being said, if you don't have cash, please, we still want you to stop in. We will continue to take cards.

Tonight we had the joy of gathering together for our annual company Christmas party.

We had a gingerbread decorating contest. The three groups we had were Front of House Staff, Back of House Staff, and Foundation Burger Staff. Please vote on one gingerbread house by liking the photo you think wins. There are two photos of each house.

For the first time, this year we are offering our whole smoked turkeys for Christmas!

Turkeys will be in the 12-16 pound range and cost $75. Pickup will be on Christmas Eve between 10:30-11:30am at our Top Street location.

In addition to smoked turkeys, we will be doing quarts of gravy, as well as any of our menu sides by the gallon.

Sides and all of our regular smoked meats will also be available for pickup at our Grants Ferry location on Christmas Eve.

Our Director of Catering Gracie will be handling all turkey and catering orders. She works out of our Top Street location, so you can order by calling 769-257-7263 Monday-Friday 9am-2pm, emailing her at [email protected], or by visiting the Top Street location during normal business hours.
