We love trying new things and this one is OMG!!

Cajun meets Mexican!

Our own Cajun boiled shrimp made into a quesadilla with a side of Cajun boiled Mexican corn, refried beans and yellow rice. Also a side of Cajun boiled Country Pleasin' Brand pepper jack and green onion sausage which would have been amazing inside the quesadilla!!

Definitely something we will do again!
