We’re looking for a special person to join the Burgers & Blues Barbecue Catering team.
As our company continues to grow, we’re searching for a driven, relationship-focused Catering Sales Manager who can help take our catering business to the next level. This is not an order-taker position. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, networking in the community, and helping businesses, schools, churches, and organizations discover what we can offer.
What makes us different is that we don’t offer a one-size-fits-all catering experience. We provide customized menus tailored to our clients’ specific needs, and we have a Corporate Chef who works directly with clients to create unique menu options for everything from corporate events and weddings to large-scale gatherings and special occasions.
The ideal candidate is:
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable networking and meeting new people
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Passionate about customer service
• Experienced in sales, catering, hospitality, or business development (preferred, but not required for the right person)
This position offers a salary plus commission with unlimited earning potential. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
