Dog tired BBQ is up and smoking this Saturday, Memorial Day weekend. With the price of beef almost that of gas and diesel. We’re doing a pork licious smoke. Ribs, pork butt, and my favorite smoked pork belly burn ends.

Smoked up briskets, ribs, pork butts/shoulders, pork belly, brats and some burnt ends for Diana’s place of employment, CCV School District in appreciation of all the dedication and hard work that all the staff puts in on a daily basis. Congrats to those who are retiring.

15° this morning started my Super Bowl ribs. Two racks, one for the Eagles and one for the Chiefs. I'll have my dog approach one rib for each, and the one that she chooses that will be the winner of the Super Bowl.
