The 2026 Michelin Guide announced its Colorado awards today, adding 15 new entries across the state. Chef Johnny Curiel's Milpero, the Mexican tasting-menu room he opened this year, took the guide's single new star — the third for Fonda Fina Hospitality, after Mezcaleria Alma and Alma Fonda Fina. The Wolf's Tailor held its two stars for a second year running.👇
