BACK BARN BARBECUE HOLIDAY ORDERS: Please call Scottie at 972-310-1003 to place an order. We do not always see orders placed on Facebook or in messenger. Good morning Back Barn Barbecue friends!! We are now taking orders for our 2026 Holiday season (Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve pickup 1pm - 4 pm ). There will be a limited number of whole briskets and Boston Butts available😊. Limited availability for Thanksgiving sides (Baked Beans, Mac and Cheese by the pan).

BRISKET $25/pound (A whole brisket ranges 5-10 pounds smoked)

WHOLE BOSTON BUTTS $40. (4-5 #) smoked weight approximately
We will not be pulling any of the butts this year(WHOLE ONLY).

Half Pans available (feeding 15 people approximately)

Baked Beans. $34 each

Mac and Cheese $34 each

Scottie’s Vinegar BBQ Sauce $15 for half gallon

NO SIDES AVAILABLE FOR CHRISTMAS

WHAT A GREAT BBQ DAY! Saturday 10-03-2026, cooler, overcast with some rain expected!! Everything looks wonderful on this smoker! Scottie has been at it all night and he and Collin have all the sides ready to bake and slaw ready to mix (they say the need me, they really don’t🤣😁).
Pickup begins at 12 today and hopefully by 3 everyone will be served . I will go ahead and let yall know, we will not have extra sides today. They have planned this out perfectly and hopefully have just what is needed. THANK YOU ALL for supporting Back Barn Barbecue and be safe in this weather!🙏🏼❤️.

Good Friday morning folks😊! As we
are gearing up for tomorrows (10-03-2026) BBB Plate Day there are a couple of things to remember:

1. We are a small family business.
2. All of our meats and sides are made in house the day of ensuring you the best and freshest meal possible.
3. Scottie and Collin will be manning the helm without me this Saturday. It’s my weekend to work at MRMC.

Your patience will be greatly appreciated with my family as they prepare your meal. If you have to wait, keep in mind your plates are being prepared as you arrive. We will not prep plates ahead unless you have reached out to Scottie that you need them by a certain time😊. If you try to reach them by phone or text tomorrow they may not answer in a timely manner as I am certain they will be busy bees.

We appreciate each of you letting us prepare your meals and look forward to serving you all in the future. Please share your experience with friends and family and by all means reach out to us personally if you see that we can improve our processes or you have a question regarding any item we make. goal is ALWAYS A FRESH QUALITY MEAL.❤️🙏🏼.

Good morning everyone 😊. Let’s talk about Next Saturday October 3, 2026!! We are thinking about preparing PLATES🎉. Would anyone be interested in Pork, Chicken, or Ribs with a couple of sides (MAC, Slaw, Beans) and Roll. We will still sell by the pound and sides by the pint in addition to plates. Just seeing if there would be any interest? We will not serve a brisket plate right now hopefully in the near future.
