Andrena “Drena” Mullins serves as Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Beacon Nursing Care. Originally from Gastonia, North Carolina, she brings more than two decades of leadership, entrepreneurship, customer care, and relationship-building experience to her role.

Drena began her leadership career with Target Corporation, where she spent 15 years developing teams, strengthening operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. She later expanded her entrepreneurial career through LilJazZi’s Vending, growing the company to serve communities across several South Carolina counties.

In 2017, Drena launched LilJazZi’s Café and helped grow it into a Florence favorite and must-visit dining destination. That success reflects the approach she has carried throughout her career: serve people well, build genuine relationships, and never lose sight of the community.

As CEO of Beacon Nursing Care, Drena is focused on building a strong, patient-first team and developing trusted relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, and other medical professionals throughout Beacon’s service area. Her goal is to help Beacon become one of South Carolina’s most trusted home health partners while ensuring every patient is treated with compassion, dignity, and personal attention. ❤️💞❤️
