I'm hearing a common misconception that whoever buys this place must keep it a "Dina Mia's" and that is completely untrue. We chose to keep the name because it has a great reputation and, to be honest, we are terrible at naming things. You don't even have to keep it as a bar/restaurant. It could be a dance studio, a Pool Hall, several apartments, a Day Care Center or an Axe-throwing joint. It would be a perfect location for a dispensary, too, if Wisconsin ever wants to accept the fact that they are losing mucho bucks in revenue. It is completely up to you. It's a prime location with a fascinating history and ample parking space. If you're looking for a great central location for whatever business you're in, look no further!
