OakBrook Bakery, a well-established, family-owned bakery in Florence, KY, is looking for the right person to take over our baking operations and day-to-day management.

We are looking for someone to hire; not someone to purchase our business. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about baking and interested in owning the daily operations of a successful bakery. The current owners are committed to providing extensive, hands-on training and will remain involved for an extended transition period to ensure your success.

What We're Looking For:

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn every aspect of the business.
A passion for baking and delivering quality products.
Leadership and organizational skills to manage daily bakery operations.
Dependability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Previous bakery or food service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
