As we move into our final week, we are closing earlier than we wanted.

The volume you blessed us with last week was more than our small team could keep up with — and honestly, we can’t order it and receive it as fast as you bought it 😂. We also refuse to sell anything less than 5-star quality. If we can’t do it right, we won’t do it at all.

Our last day of service will be this Wednesday.
We know many of you will be bummed, and we are truly sorry. This little spot was built with heart and hustle, and you’ve shown it more love than we ever imagined.

Thank you for every visit, every kind word, and every bit of support.
We’re grateful for all of you — more than you know.

ANNOUNCEMENT FROM OUTLAW SUSHI-**Last Day December 7th**

Last May, my brother and I opened Outlaw Sushi here in Florence. I had spent years bouncing across the country, learning from some of the best sushi chefs in more cities than most ever dream about.

When I came home, Tim wanted to build something that honored all that experience, all those miles, and—maybe more importantly—give us a chance to actually know each other again. And remember what family feels like.

And that part worked. We got that time back.

But the rest… we needed to build a real sushi team to keep this thing going before I moved on down the road. We never found it. Not for lack of trying. Not for lack of heart. Just reality. The demand, the skill level, the volume—none of it lined up with what’s needed to keep a place like this alive without me being chained to the cutting board forever.

So with a heavy heart—and probably a drink later tonight—we’re announcing that Outlaw Sushi will be closing its doors for good on December 7th.

If you’ve loved our tuna locos, bourbon streets, handy fests, poke bowls, hibachi bowls, noodles… whatever your go-to comfort has been…come get it one more time. Put us to work these next two weeks so we can look you in the eye and tell you thank you before we say goodbye.

New roads are calling, and it’s time for TJ to move on to whatever is next.
