Every person deserves meaningful work. Every community needs meaningful workers.

The Story 📕

Every year hundreds of young adults with developmental disabilities graduate from local schools full of hope, only to encounter what families call “The Cliff.”

The structure disappears.

The support disappears.

The opportunities disappear.

Many spend years moving between programs that keep them occupied but never unlock their potential.

At the same time, Arizona employers struggle to fill positions in agriculture, landscaping, nursery operations, facilities maintenance, agritainment, retail support, animal care, food production, and countless other fields.

One group desperately wants meaningful work.

Another desperately needs meaningful workers.

Pathways to Purpose was created to bridge that gap.
