Our Dessert & Wine Pairing was a beautiful celebration of thoughtful pairings, seasonal flavors, and the community that makes evenings like this so special. Head Pastry Chef Betsy, Executive Chef Shelby, GM Johnathan, and AGM Maria truly knocked it out of the park.

Over the course of four days, the entire Victors team had the opportunity to learn alongside the PFG Meat Specialist, taking a deep dive into all things beef. 🥩

From understanding different cuts and quality to preparation and technique, it was four days dedicated to expanding our knowledge and sharpening our craft—so we can continue bringing the very best to the table at Victors.
