☘️ A surprise worth crossing an ocean for! 🎉💚

Saturday night at The Irish Cowboy was something special. Nicole organised an incredible surprise 40th birthday celebration, flying loved ones in from Ireland—and somehow keeping the whole thing a secret from her husband until the big reveal! 🇮🇪✈️🥂

She wanted a private party with their very own DJ, Chop in town…just for their guests, and we were delighted to make it happen. Seeing everyone come together after all that planning and secrecy was absolutely beautiful. ❤️

My poor Friend local small business lady…back off people 💚

📢 Another little Facebook PSA about those “AI Content” labels… 😂

You may have noticed that Facebook has started putting an “AI Content” label on some of my bakery photos.

So, just to clear things up — NOPE, my cakes, cookies, pastries and other baked goodies are NOT AI! 😆🍰🍪

I bake them.
I decorate them.
I photograph them.
And yes… sometimes I use editing tools to change or clean up the BACKGROUND of a photo only!!!!!!

Apparently, Facebook sees that editing and sometimes decides, “Yep… AI!” 🤖😂

But the actual food you see in my photos is real food, made by me in my little bakery. ❤️

I just wanted to explain because I would hate for anyone to think that the beautiful goodies you see here are AI-generated. Trust me — if AI could do the baking, I’d be getting a LOT more sleep! 😂
