ROADIE SPOTLIGHT EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH
Meet Maddie! She has worked for Texas Roadhouse for 4 Years.

Maddie's favorite meal at Texas Roadhouse is Grilled Shrimp with mac & cheese, and a house salad with lots of ranch! When Maddie is not working hard at Texas Roadhouse, Maddie loves spending her free time bowling and playing softball. But her absolute all-time love? "Swimming"!

FUN-FACT Maddie is on the USA OLYMPICS SWIM TEAM! Maddie has been swimming for 10 years and proudly represents her USA Special Olympics team:
2022 (Orlando, FL): Won 2 Gold Medals and 1 Bronze Medal!
2026 (Minneapolis, MN): Won GOLD in the 4x50 Medley Relay, Silver in the 100 Backstroke, and Bronze in the 100 Freestyle!

This past month, Maddie was nominated to represent Team USA in October 2027, where she will compete in the 800 freestyle, 1500-meter freestyle, and the 4x50 medley relay in Santiago Chili

Your family at Texas Roadhouse is so proud of you and beyond happy to have someone like you on our team every day. Way to go, Maddie!

For more than two decades, Texas Roadhouse has proudly partnered with Special Olympics, supporting athletes across the country through fundraisers and volunteer efforts. From Kentucky and Texas to Illinois, Nevada, Oklahoma, and beyond, we continue to support Special Olympics athletes.

Our partnership with Special Olympics Kentucky holds a special place in our hearts. This year, the 25th Annual Armadillo Classic raised $380,490, bringing its total impact to more than $3 million for athletes across the state.

We're honored to support an organization that inspires us through the determination, courage, and joy of its athletes.
