Long time friends will know that sweeping makes me happy so I took a few minutes to "sweep" the parking lot one last time. We have really enjoyed taking care of Jerry's for Florence and making it the friendly neighborhood spot.

We are saying thank you for the next three days. Today is Nascar so we have Nascar themed Jello shots, free popcorn during the race while supplies last. Happy hour all day (we won't run out of "Happy".)

$.50 Jello Shots. During the NASCAR Race, when there is a wreck Jello Shots are $.50 while the cars are under the Yellow Flag. One shot per customer per wreck. While supply lasts.

6:30 Kamikaze Karaoke. Draw a song from the jug and

It is official, We are handing off Jerry's Place. Our last day will be July 28. We are planning a weekend of specials and other silliness to thank you for your support.

First serious business. If you have a Jerry's Gift card use it now please. We stopped selling gift cards months ago but if you still have one the new owner will not be able to honoring it.

Second, The lottery will be shut down for one day only on and be back on July 30. Clare's first day will be July 29 with the same staff, same great menu and service but no lottery. It is how the lottery does business.

Rhody weekends are big events here ii Florence. We have tourists and family in town. Jerry's works hard to be the friendly neighborhood place. We all know this. For Rhody Days we card everyone, even old friends. Make sure you have your ID out and ready. Also we have arranged a designated driver for Friday and Saturday for 8 to 11:00 PM. We have the driver on standby and just a call away. A safe ride home will cost $20 in town/ $30 out of town.

Lets have a great and safe Rhody Weekend.
