Hey guys — just wanted y’all to know we’re already thinking ahead to next season.

We’re working on upgrading what we can provide, and it’s looking like way more than just crawfish.

Next year starting in Jan we’re aiming to offer:

• Fresh oysters
• Fresh‑off‑the‑boat shrimp** (alongside our IQF shrimp)**
• Blue crab
• Alligator meat — whole, tail meat, and gator nuggets

We’re leveling up to bring y’all the best Gulf seafood we can get. Big things coming.
