From time to time, like all machines, I may fail. 99% of failures are due to "old or dirty money". These would be bills and coins that are scarred, dollars that are worn, non-US currency, etc...

Please use bills that are clean and crisp 💵, and US currency and this will keep the failures down. Always look 👀 at my display above the coin mechanism. It will tell you if I'm not working.

Additionally, my owner's phone number is posted on the machine. Call him. 🤙 He can see the problem and dispense ice 🧊 right from his phone. 📱
