Hey everyone, it’s Lee.
Some of you already know me, and for those I haven’t met yet—I truly look forward to changing that soon.
I wanted to take a moment to share a long-overdue update on the restaurant. After months of delays, setbacks, and holding onto faith, I’m incredibly thankful to say that demolition officially started yesterday.
That might not sound like much to some, but for us, it’s a major milestone. It marks the beginning of real progress toward restoring something that holds deep meaning—not just for the community, but for our family.
The Dinner Bell was built on the hard work, love, and commitment of Denise and Joe. Together, they poured their hearts into making it a place where people felt at home—where laughter, good food, and familiar faces came together.
Watching those first panels come down was emotional. It’s been a long, often difficult road since the fire, but this moment feels like a turning point. The vision is still alive, and now, finally, it’s in motion again.
To those who’ve stood by us—thank you. Your support, kind words, and encouragement have meant more than you know. I’ll keep sharing updates as we move forward. We’ve got a long way to go, but we're on our way—and when those doors open again, I hope to see every one of your faces walk through them.
