🚨 IMPORTANT PA SKILL GAMES UPDATE FROM DELEO GAMES 🚨
To our valued customers, clubs and community partners:
We want to provide an update regarding PA Skill Games and the October 13 deadline.
Discussions in Harrisburg are continuing, and legislation has been introduced that would provide additional time for Pennsylvania Skill Games while lawmakers continue working toward a permanent solution. HB 2795, introduced by Representative Brad Roae, would provide a six-month extension through April 13, 2027.
At this time, however, an extension has not been passed.
DeLeo Games is therefore moving forward with all necessary preparations to be in compliance with the October 13 deadline.
Our customers should continue to follow the instructions provided directly by DeLeo Games by letter or email. If you have not received instructions from us, please private message our page or contact DeLeo Games immediately.
We understand there are many questions and concerns. Please know that we are closely following developments in Harrisburg and will communicate any changes to our customers as soon as we receive confirmed information.
There is still an opportunity for the General Assembly to act before October 13, but until legislation is actually passed and signed into law, we must prepare to comply with the current deadline.
We ask everyone to remain patient and continue supporting Pennsylvania’s small businesses, clubs, veterans’ organizations, volunteer fire departments and other community organizations during this uncertain time.
DeLeo Games has proudly served Pennsylvania since 1945. We remain committed to our customers, our employees and the communities we serve.
Thank you for your continued support.
