Hey everybody, it’s Genie from Jesters.

For the past 8 years, I’ve participated in the London Strong Foundation 5K because I truly believe in their mission of saving lives through CPR education and placing AEDs in our community.

This year is especially meaningful.

George always believed every business should have an AED. We talked many times about having one at Jesters. I am incredibly honored and grateful that the London Strong Foundation is donating an AED to Jesters in George’s memory during this year’s event. It means more to me than I can put into words.

I’m asking my family, friends, Jesters customers, and our community to join Team George on July 23. Whether you run the 5K, walk, cheer everyone on, or simply stop by to support this amazing cause, your presence would mean the world.

Let’s honor George by helping save lives.

🎙️ “Hey everybody, this is George…”

One old cassette… and a lifetime of memories.

I found this advertising tape from November 1997.. George used to record his radio commercials with CARS 108, airing on CARS 108, Banana 101.5 for Mr. G’s Nightclub. ⭐️

Before Facebook, before Instagram, tik tok there was George’s voice on the radio letting everyone know where the party was. If you grew up around Flint, chances are you’ve heard him say:

“Hey everybody, this is George…”

That voice wasn’t just advertising a nightclub—it became part of our community. 💙
