We are excited to have our brick and mortar location in the community, while continuing to cater all events. I am a High School Teacher who is also a Caterer. I take great pride in the dishes that we serve and I guarantee your satisfaction. Scratch BBQ and Catering LLC is Food Safe Certified and Insured. Our BBQ is top notch high quality food that your guests, and most importantly, you will love!

We make our own rubs for our meat and an outstanding homemade BBQ sauce that can be customized to meet the demands of your taste buds.
