Meet Our New Assistant Manager, Kayla Harper! 🎉

If you've spent any time at Sauce, chances are you've already met Kayla. With her contagious smile, endless energy, and genuine love for taking care of people, she's been making guests and team members feel welcome for years behind the bar. Now, we're excited to announce her promotion to Assistant Manager!

Kayla's favorite meal at Sauce is a Caesar salad topped with blackened salmon, and if you catch her after work, she's probably enjoying a gin and tonic with a splash of cranberry and lime. She's a proud wife and mom, devoted pet parent to Winston, Wilma, and Stella, and dreams of spending a month traveling across Europe with her family, following wherever the adventure takes them.

What excites Kayla most about stepping into this new role is the opportunity to continue growing both personally and professionally. She hopes to show her daughter that it's never too late to take on new challenges and build a career you're proud of.
