A huge thank you to our food truck friends and everyone who stopped by to support us today. Your encouragement meant so much on our very first day. ❤️

Honestly, I was nervous all day while cooking and preparing orders, wondering if our authentic Japanese flavors would be enjoyed by the Asheville and Fletcher community.

Seeing your orders come in made us so happy! We didn’t have time to take photos of everything, but please know that every box was prepared with care and gratitude.
