Something exciting coming to Cole Street Cafe this week. Mark your calanders and bring your babies, onsite childcare and story time while moms are getting some healthy information. Ronita Bridges and Tonya Kelsey are coming to share with us a few ways to organize our minds and diet to sleep better and concentrate better. I had to realize coffee is not the ONLY answer to energy (lol) and I'm excited to learn all they want to share.
