Hey y’all! We are going to get started on briskets next weekend and then we’ll cook them EVERY OTHER weekend after that. So be looking for brisket on the 1st and 3rd weekends of the month. If sales on brisket are consistently good we’ll work it in on more weekends in the future. See you soon!

Alright so the public has spoken and we are listening. We’ll start adding brisket on the menu more often. Let’s start with another weekend a month and go from there. So the first and third weekend of the month at Casey Lee’s we will have brisket then we can branch out from there based on how sales go. Since this is the 5th weekend of the month maybe we can throw some wild card briskets in there this Saturday if we can source some on such short notice! We’ll let y’all know soon. Thank you to everyone for all the feed back we love y’all and we’ll see you soon!

Alright y’all I’ll make you a deal. If you come out and buy all the brisket we’ll cook it. We know we’re trying to do the punk rock thing and be different by not having brisket buy it y’all want it we’ll make it. Understand we have to charge a price that’ll make it profitable for us but know you’ll get the same love and care you get with every other item at Casey Lee’s. Let’s us know in the comments if you want to see brisket on the menu more often. We’re here to listen.

First weekend of the month….y’all know what that means! HeartBrand Certified Akaushi Beef briskets will be on the smoker and available at Casey Lee’s this weekend! Come see us Saturday at 11 and get your monthly fix. We’re also going to make a crazy mac & cheese this weekend topped with smoked short rib, buttery bread crumbs, and fried shallots.
