A donor is selling her paintings of the female (doe) goats of the Connemara herd. The paintings can be seen at The Gallery at Flat Rock. Proceeds will go to the Friends of Carl Sandburg at Connemara. See her poster below for details.

Hey y’all! Hope y’all are staying cool 🥵

We just wanted to jump on here and let you know we will be open as usual next Friday and Saturday 11-4:30.

We will ALSO be open Sunday during the the Feast of St John in the Wilderness is hosting! BBQ behind the Hubbaloo building. We’ll be open for service from 4-8PM!

Join St. John in the Wilderness for the Feast of St. John—a free community celebration featuring live music by Chatham Rabbits, food from Hubba Hubba Smokehouse, yard games, and family-friendly fun.

Music starts at 6 PM. Bring a chair and come enjoy an evening of food, fellowship, and community while supporting hurricane recovery efforts in Bat Cave. No registration required!

And if you didn’t know, Fire is the most typical element associated with Saint John's Eve celebrations, so we are bringing a S’more’s Honey Creemee Sundae to the menu this upcoming week.

Last week for local strawberries, get ‘em while they last 🏃‍♀️!!

Come cool off tomorrow with a Craft Soda Float or a Tea Float! Relax and chill with the easy sippin.

Hey y’all!

Still in the works….but…we’ve been reaching out to some of our favorite Flat Rock businesses and invited them to create their own Honey Creemee® creation!

Each business will pick their favorite toppings, and we’ll be featuring their custom creation on a special menu throughout the season.

We’ll need your help! Try the one that piques your interest. At the end of the season, we’ll tally the orders, crown a winner, and award a special prize to the winning business.

We’ll be sharing the full lineup soon, so stay tuned and get ready to taste your way through Flat Rock—one bite at a time! 🍦🐝

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and supported us today. We know there were plenty of options out there—including some free ice cream just down the road—and we’re grateful that so many of you chose to spend part of your day with us.

We loved seeing familiar faces, meeting new folks, and being part of your Flat Rock adventures.
