Happy Saturday, friends! So much to celebrate this hot summer weekend! Events are all around us today - from the air show in Sioux Falls, to the Wacipi in Flandreau (1pm and 7pm Grand Entries), the hot air balloon rally in Brookings, and an event tonight in Aurora to support the Tibbs family! Check them all out if you can!

Deets on the Car Show this afternoon are below - watch for road closures downtown during the event. Ewing Maine will be on the Merc outdoor stage shortly after 6pm!

Thursday - Brisket Dog – An all-beef hot dog piled high with smoked brisket, cheddar, crispy onions and BBQ sauce. Served with a side of chips. 11.50

Friday - Turkey, Swiss & Bacon on Toasted Rye – Smoked turkey, Swiss, crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato and Dijon mayo on toasted rye. Served with chips. $11.50
