A few times customers complained, "Your rice is warm!" Then I realized they think sushi from cooler are standard ones. It sounds like, "I love pizza right out of refrigerator! Colder is better!"
I don't eat sushi out of cooler even they would give them free, same as pasta.

However, I would eat this one. We call it "Dancing flame roll." We cook sushi on the fire. I know it's crazy. But it taste good. I'm so sorry. I cannot keep this one in the cooler. So, you decide.

Hurray! This is Kimchee. I eat Kimchee everyday, not because I have to, but because I love it. As Korean, if I have a bowl of rice and some Kimchee, my meal is ready.
We even have special refrigerator called "Kimchee Refrigerator." As soon as I open the door, um, it smells so good!
Soon I will introduce Kimchee and a few Korean food at Wasabi. Be ready. It will be hot and spicy and so good.

Sakura Roll
We used to have this roll in the old menu. Lots of people liked it, but it was so hard to maintain the strawberry. So, this time, I replaced strawberry with mango sauce.
Salmon and avocado are inside and white tuna is on the top with sweet mango sauce. It will give you variety of flavor with touch of sweetness. Please come to Wasabi and try it.

Hello everyone, we have a great news! We will be finally reopening our Hibachi tables on November 4th. In light of this, we will be doing it for limited times and days.

We will be opening our Hibachi tables ONLY on Fridays & Saturdays, and for those who have made RESERVATIONS (we will not be accepting walk-ins). While we know this is still not ideal for our wonderful customers, it is unfortunate that our restaurant is still struggling with a staff shortage.

We hope our situation will be improved soon and will fully open Hibachi later on. So please, don't be disappointed if we cannot take you to our Hibachi based on this condition. We are always thankful for everyone supporting our business.

I decided to call this roll a " delight roll." It's basically a fire cracker roll, spicy tuna on top of California roll with thin slice of lemon and spicy mayo and sriracha sauce. I love to put lemon on top of my sushi. So, I will play with one more roll with lemon. I hope you like this one.

This is our Hibachi room right now. There are several reasons I cannot open it now. The worst one is shortage of staffs. I think condition will be like this for a while.
But we still can cook hibachi dishes in the kitchen. I believe kitchen chef do much better job than cooking on the table, except the show.
