French Onion Chicken

I wasn’t prepared to love it on the first try so she needs a better photo shoot but I was excited to share… you get the idea.

It’s my classic thin sliced chicken with sweet, caramelized onions in a savory beef broth reduction, topped with bubbly melted cheese.

If you like French onion soup, you’re going to LOVE this one.
