We will be closed for lunch today. Several of our staff are currently awaiting snow plows to make it through their areas and we will not have the staff available to open. We are hoping that the roads are cleared well enough for us to open tonight, but will update later. We apologize for this inconvenience

Careful out on the roads out there today, Flagstaff. Hiros Flagstaff is open for business for our dinner shift today! We are planning on closing probably around 830p, however if business is on the slow side, we may be shutting down a bit earlier so our staff in some of the less plowed roads can make it home safely before things freeze over too bad.

We are still expecting upwards of 12"+ of snow accumulation over the night, so please keep an eye out here for updates on our open status tomorrow. Thank you for your understanding and we hope to see you all soon!

Given the snow and road conditions currently, Hiros Flagstaff will be closed for our lunch hours today. We will do what we can to be there to open for our regular opening time tonight. Closing time will be determined by how busy we are for the evening. Thank you

Happy New Year 2023! We hope the day is finding you well and your new years was good. Be safe out there in the snow storm everyone, it's a heavy one to start the year. Hiros Flagstaff will be CLOSED today due to the weather. We apologize to any hoping to come in and those who had reservations with us. This weather is too much for us to ask our staff to risk coming in. We'll see how things go for tomorrow and will update accordingly. Thanks for your understanding, and please be safe out there!

Hello there everyone. We are having problems with our phone lines and are looking to be multiple weeks out to have the problem fixed and we apologize for that inconvenience. We have been told from our phone service provider that it will be a few weeks before they can come out and repair our phone line.

Hiro's Flagstaff will be operating under a temporary phone number until we can get the situation with our main landline corrected. Our new number is:

You may call to place orders or if you have any inquiries, please direct them to this number. Thank you very much and we hope to have the situation resolved as soon as possible.

Announcement: Hiros Flagstaff will be closed for lunch today due to power outage. After contacting APS, they have informed us they are working on it but are giving us a time estimate of a few hours before everything is restored. Apologies to those planning on coming in for lunch today, this is out of our control.

Currently we are planning on being open for dinner tonight, expecting the situation to be resolved by then. If we do have to remain closed, we will make another post.

We would like to address the situation regarding the Covid pandemic. First, we would like to thank all of you for your continued support to all our customers, friends, and family. Additionally, I want to personally say I am glad to see so many of you who come in keeping social distance and wearing masks while out and about. I am glad that our Flagstaff community is keeping precautions regarding this pandemic.

Now, on to the restaurant stuff. For all our customers, we do have hand sanitizer available for use at our door. Furthermore, while they last, we are happy to provide masks to those in need. We are remaining open for dine-in for the immediate future unless anything major changes. We are limiting seating and for the next two weeks (July 15) we are limiting parties to four (4) people or less. Due to our limited seating, we do recommend making reservations. We are still accepting to-go orders and still doing curbside pickup for any who are interested. We are offering delivery services from our restaurant on a day-to-day basis, based on whether we have a driver for the day or not. If you are interested in delivery option, please call us to see if it is available for the day. Apologies ahead of time if we are not able to do any deliveries for the day.

For curbside pickups on to-go orders, please give us a call when you arrive, and we will be glad to run your orders out to you. For any of you who still have Groupon vouchers, we would like to make a note that they are only available for dine-in and not for to-go. For those who would prefer to avoid dine-in, we are extending the time when we will accept Groupon vouchers by an entire year.
