We use only all-natural, antibiotic- and hormone-free, boneless, skinless chicken... as well as trimmed top sirloin and lean pork. We hand-cut 600 pounds of fresh tomatoes every week. Our cheese is from Wisconsin, always aged... We use only 100 percent cholesterol free canola oil — no lard, no MSG, ever.

Fall flavors have officially arrived at Salsa Brava! Our new drink specials are here, and they're bringing a little seasonal spirit to the bar.

🍎 Fall Mule: Platinum 7X vodka, fresh lime, apple juice, simple syrup, cinnamon sugar, and Fever Tree ginger b**r. Basically, apple pie in a copper mug.

🫐 Blackberry Martini: Platinum 7X vodka, Naranja liqueur, fresh lime, blackberry purée, and a splash of simple syrup. Tart, fruity, and sweet!

It's back...we've got our house Chimichurri Tacos for this weekend special!

Our chimichurri is an oil-based sauce blended with cilantro, garlic, onion, oregano, and olive oil! Paired with our marinated pork asada tacos it's pretty hard to skip this dip!

Yesterday, our team had the privilege of presenting Augusts' Teacher of the Month award to Joy Bruner of DeMiguel Elementary School!

Joy loves helping her 2nd grade students realize how capable they are to do hard things. With this she's helping her students develop skills that carry over well past 2nd grade! We can't appreciate teachers enough, and we were so happy to present a $500 check to her personally at DeMiguel. Go Lobos!
