🌦️As we enjoy our monsoon season, our coffee tour will take us to the birthplace of coffee, Ethiopia.
💐I found an excellent heirloom Yirgacheffe, specifically the high altitude Gedeb zone. We will keep this roast pretty light, to highlight the lovely floral aromatics. 🌰This cup is clean with a light acidity, and the beans that make it into the more medium roast will add a bit of nuttiness, cocoa, and spice. You also may want to let it rest a few extra days to avoid the wild grassy notes. Enjoy!
