We have a full lineup this weekend
Located at 208 S Central Ave Unit B in Flagler Beach FL since 2020
Our Tea Bar was established in 2018 in the same location.
It's been a bit since we have explained our dedication to the Gluten Free/Celiac and Allergy community.
No gluten or gluten containing grains enter our establishment or our food and drinks. Not even pre packaged.
We do our best to catch outside food before it is placed onto a counter and ask politely to take it back outside. If it does touch a surface, it is remote and cleaned thoroughly.
We also do not allow any peanut, tree nut except for coconut, Soy, seafood, shellfish, or sesame in our food or in our shop.
We do not bake with oats or dairy. We do use oat milk and dairy milk on our tea prep area, separate from our baking and package areas.
Each supplier is personally contacted to make sure they are processing on dedicated lines from start to finish and their products are free from the top allergens.
If they share a line, even with cleaning and testing below 20ppm, we do not allow it!
Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO) or Kiwa ASI only allow up to 10ppm
The United States allows a company to print on their packaging Gluten Free if it contains up to 20 ppm gluten
To a sensitive celiac, that could be a reaction and or a hospital stay.
To a person who is allergic/ anaphylactic to wheat, that can be life or death.
In the USA when a package says it is free from, it is not tested or regulated. The FDA expects the company to be telling the truth.
Companies can have a 3rd party test it and label their product certified free from ,but each agency has their own threshold.
When a company lists natural flavor. If they can not tell us what it is, it is not used. Customers need to know what it is
