I’ve got a burned up receptacle and it toasted my plug in for my steam table as well 🙄🙄🙄🙄
Looks like I’ll take off my chef’s hat and put on my electrician’s hat. Won’t be opening today due to clear electrical issues. Sorry folks.
We will try it again next week. Have a blessed weekend.

It’s quitting time which means it’s time to get home and feed the youngens… allow me to cook for you 👌👌 y’all come get ya scramble on the way home. We have slightly changed our hours due to the days getting shorter from starting at 6 pm to starting up at 5 pm. See yall soon!

If you aren’t a dog owner, then you may not quite understand. I didn’t open yesterday because I had to take care of my pup. My 11 year old pup. The night before he screamed, not whined or whimper, but a scream every time he tried to stand up. I’ve never seen him in agony like that and I couldn’t let him sit there all day in pain. I say all this because there is always “speculation” as to why I’m not at work. I have a life outside of this food trailer. And my dog is a big part of my life. He takes precedence over any amount of money I can/could potentially make down on Scramble Street. For those who have stayed loyal and continue to spread the word about where to get good food at, I appreciate yall more than you know.
We are open regular hours today and I can’t wait to see y’all’s smiling faces!

Lord, they’re down here selling frozen water for tree fiddy a bag 🙄🙄 and I know it says 7 pounds, but the devil is a lie…. Especially after I spilled half of it on the ground trying to break up the two chunks of ice in the bag.
