⛵️ Throwback Thursday to 2017! ❤️

One of my favorite memories from 2017 - the time I took Joy on a date aboard the historic Schooner Hindu in Provincetown, Massachusetts.

We set sail from MacMillan Pier aboard this beautiful wooden schooner, taking in the views of Provincetown and Cape Cod Bay from the water. Being out on a sailboat - the sound of the water, the wind in the sails, and getting to slow down and enjoy the moment together was beyond special.

And this wasn’t just any sailboat. The Hindu was built in 1925 and has been part of Provincetown’s maritime history for decades. Knowing we were sailing aboard a vessel with so much history made the experience even more memorable.

Looking back almost a decade later, I can really appreciate how some of the simplest adventures have become the memories I hold onto the longest.

A beautiful day, an incredible old schooner, Provincetown in the background, and most importantly, a date with my beautiful Joyel. ❤️⛵️

Definitely one for the memory books.

Spent some time exploring the beautiful Doane’s Falls in Royalston, Massachusetts. 🌲💦 The sound of rushing water, the towering trees, and a walk through the woods instantly makes you slow down and appreciate where you are. It’s amazing to have places like this tucked away right here in Massachusetts. A perfect little outdoor adventure and another reminder that you don’t always have to travel far to find something beautiful. 🍃🥾

Looking for some extra outdoor storage without taking up a ton of space? In this video, we’re putting together the Suncast 54 Cu. Ft. Vertical Shed in Gray (BMS5700SB) that we picked up from BJ’s!

We’ll take you through the entire assembly process from unboxing and installing the walls to attaching the doors and finally getting the roof into place.

Overall, this was a pretty straightforward build, but there were definitely a few moments when the plastic pieces needed a little finagling to get everything lined up properly. 😄

And if you're wondering about installing the roof when you're on the shorter side—we had no problem! I'm 5'4" and my wife is 5'2", and working together we were able to get the roof into position without too much trouble.
