Looking for some extra outdoor storage without taking up a ton of space? In this video, we’re putting together the Suncast 54 Cu. Ft. Vertical Shed in Gray (BMS5700SB) that we picked up from BJ’s!
We’ll take you through the entire assembly process from unboxing and installing the walls to attaching the doors and finally getting the roof into place.
Overall, this was a pretty straightforward build, but there were definitely a few moments when the plastic pieces needed a little finagling to get everything lined up properly. 😄
And if you're wondering about installing the roof when you're on the shorter side—we had no problem! I'm 5'4" and my wife is 5'2", and working together we were able to get the roof into position without too much trouble.
In This Video:
🔨 Unboxing and organizing the shed pieces
🔨 Installing the floor and wall panels
🔨 Putting together and installing the doors
🔨 Installing the roof
🔨 Tips for getting stubborn plastic pieces aligned
🔨 Our experience assembling the shed
🔨 A look at the finished shed
🔨 Our thoughts after putting it together
The finished shed provides approximately 54 cubic feet of storage, making it a great option for storing garden tools, shovels, rakes, outdoor equipment, and other items without needing a full-size backyard shed.
