We offer cooking classes at our restaurants, and are looking to expand the classes we are offering, and as a thank you for giving that feedback, you get $10 off any class!

If anyone is still looking for a last minute reservation for delicious Easter brunch food tomorrow, we had a couple cancellations so we have openings at Ollie's Madison and St Charles Station!!

I don’t know about anyone else, but I am just camping out by the deviled eggs. 😅

Yum!!!!!

This month at St Charles Station our farmer feature menu is featuring eggs from Reimer Family Farm!!

So excited to feature these amazing eggs. We are using them in every course, and sometimes multiple methods.

This meal will be featured all month long, and every course is vegetarian, and can be prepared gluten free!!

Spring is right around the corner and we can’t wait to return to our farmer features at St Charles Station! Until asparagus pokes its head out next month, we are going to be featuring some amazing food featuring some of our favorite cheesemakers in Wisconsin!!

This meal will continue the whole month of March, but don’t wait too long to try it! Marieke Gouda, Hook's Cheese, Crave Brothers, and Uplands Cheese!

I hope we do our Wisconsin dairyland proud with this menu!!

Tomorrow is Fat Tuesday!!!!

Come on out and celebrate with us at St Charles Station in Fitchburg! We are normally closed on Tuesday, but how can we be a NOLA restaurant and be closed on the best day of the year!!!

So excited for the launch of restaurant week at St Charles Station tonight!!!

This is just one component of our amazing menu. Slow smoked thick cut Berkshire pork chops from Dan Fox and Heritage meats.

So what happens when you come in in the morning and it was so cold that the pipes burst in our kitchen and burst so hard that it sheared off the faucets in your kitchen.

We are hopeful to open still this evening for Ollie's Madison and St Charles Station, but for now we are closed for lunch at Ollie’s.

It’s cold! So so cold. But that doesn’t mean you don’t have to eat! Ollie's Madison is open for lunch and dinner today. Chef Dave will still be doing improv cocktails, and St Charles Station will be open as well!

If you feel stuck inside with all of the kids home from school today, come on out and say hi to us!!!

This is also the last chance for our delicious mushroom meal in St. Charles Station as next week is restaurant week!!
