When another chef hires you to cater their wedding...not only is it an honor..but it adds just a touch more pressure...this morning was the first time I actually prayed over a smoker chuck full of brisket.

The creation pictured, was brainstormed during the private tasting...Chef brains are different. I promise. Chances are you have never had warm cornbread pudding topped with vanilla bean ice cream and hot honey...but you should!!!! Its fire!!!
