Holy Macaroni!!! Friday night we took to the field for our teams very first time...and did we get muckled 😂 just about everything that could have gone wrong...did...I crashed the computer...overloaded a power outlet causing a surge followed by equipment failure...in all my life in a kitchen...this was the absolute worst ass kicking I ever got!!!! And honestly...I loved it!!! Every second of it...because we were able to identify 100 issues to fine tune and fix all in one gloriously disastrous shift 😁 I've got a real good relationship with set backs..and a solid history of comebacks!! We want to thank all of you who patiently waited on opening night, kept cheering us on shouting words of love and encouragement ❤️ WE LOVE YOUR LOVE ❤️ I spent the late night hours scrolling social media for the negative reviews...not a single one of you said anything negative...it was like it was our dirty little secret 🤣 Thank You!!!

I am happy to report our team came back strong on day 2 and executed like the 💫 Rockstars 💫 that they are!!!! I can't promise you that we won't ever fumble again..but what I can promise you is that this kitchen is full of passion...grit and pride...now its our turn to kick this seasons ass!!!
