Today, we had an unusual situation with a customer who was very concerned about losing a personal item. Our team did everything we could to assist, including thoroughly checking the cleaning areas and providing tools to help her search as well. While the process was challenging at times, we remained patient and focused on addressing her concerns.

We truly appreciate the understanding and patience of our other customers during this time, and we will continue to do our best to provide excellent service to everyone. Thank you for your support!
