11 years. That's how long we've been open. On a day like today, 11 years ago we opened to an empty parking lots, but with our hearts full of hope and wonder, we are still here. No fancy investors behind us, or a crazy franchise, just us. Knowing the risk, we still fought and worked hard to bring delicious Vietnamese food the way we enjoyed it ourselves.
Thank you for putting up with us and thank you for coming back, year after year, month after month, week after week, and some of you, day after day. We can't tell you just how much we love every single one of you. Truly. So, before I cry anymore thinking about how much we care and love you guys, I want to thank you. From the bottom of our hearts.
