Join us Thursday, September 24 at 6 PM for an evening of friendly competition featuring five courses inspired by fast-food favorites—reimagined with a Peterson’s twist—paired with four creative cocktails. At the end of the night, only one bartender will take the crown.

In just his first month at Peterson’s, Levi has already made his mark with a passion for quality, creativity, and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

His Peterson’s pick? The New York Strip with Au Poivre — a steakhouse classic with bold flavor and expert preparation.

Outside the kitchen, Levi enjoys hiking, biking, working out, and spending time with his significant other and their dog. And when it’s time for a cocktail, he’s reaching for a Mezcal Negroni with Chocolate Bitters.

For Levi, being a chef comes down to one thing: putting a smile on our guests’ faces through the care and quality that goes into every plate.
