Megan has already made a splash as a Manager at Tiburon. Her journey began at 18 as a college part-timer, where she quickly fell in love with hospitality and eventually helped open nine restaurants nationwide. Most recently, she spent seven years at Weber Grill in downtown Indianapolis, rising from Service Manager to General Manager. Megan is now focused on growing within our organization toward becoming an Operating Partner.

Originally from Decatur, MI, Megan draws deep inspiration from her family. Her husband, who also holds a degree in hospitality management, shares her dedication to the guest experience, while her two young children drive her professional ambition.

At the bar, Megan is passionate about the "art and science" of craft cocktails. Her top recommendation is our Earl Grey Old Fashioned, though her culinary favorites include the VooDoo Child sushi roll and the Blackened Grouper. Outside of work, you can find her golfing, watching sports, or enjoying family days at the Indianapolis Zoo.
